Gerald Everett Scores In Week 16
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Gerald Everett had one of his best performances of the season last week, but he upped the ante in Week 16 against the Chicago Bears. Everett caught four of his five targets for 68 receiving yards and found the end zone in the game. Everett's five targets were tied for the second-most on the team, and Everett continues to be a consistent underneath option for quarterback Russell Wilson every single week. If he is able to eliminate some of the mental errors, such as the false-start penalty on the team's final drive of the game, he could finally begin to settle in as a strong tight end in this league. Everett will have TE1 upside in a juicy matchup with the Detroit Lions in Week 17.
