Gerald Everett Catches Five Passes In Week 6 Win
2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett posted five receptions for 29 yards in a 19-16 win over the Denver Broncos. Although Everett was out-produced by Donald Parham Jr. in this one, he still out-targeted him seven to three. The Chargers offense as a whole struggled against the stout Denver defense, but Everett's utilization in the passing attack was encouraging to see after he was held to one catch last week. The 28-year-old will remain a low-end TE1 in Week 7 when he faces off against a Seattle Seahawks defense that has been destroyed by tight ends all season.
