George Kittle Cools Off In Seattle
12 months agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle had a modest day in the team's 31-13 win over the Seahawks in Seattle on Thanksgiving night. He posted 19 yards on three catches of five targets. The ultimate boom/bust player at the ultimate boom/bust position now has scored fewer than five fantasy points on five occasions this season but has exceeded 18 points four times, both in half-PPR scoring. Kittle managers know by now that the occasional dud -- thanks to the 49ers' plethora of weapons -- is the price to pay for his upside. On a few extra days' rest, the gregarious 30-year-old will no doubt be energized for a blockbuster matchup next Sunday in Philadelphia versus a struggling Eagles pass defense.
