Geoff Swaim Catches Touchdown in OT Win Over Colts
Geoff Swaim caught 4-of-5 targets for 23 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 overtime win over the Indianapolis Colts. QB Ryan Tannehill connected with Swaim for a six-yard touchdown strike to put the Titans on the board 14-7. The 28-year-old is the Titans' primary blocking tight end and logged 53 snaps (77.9%) in Sunday's win. On Sunday, Swaim caught a season-high four passes and is a touchdown-dependent option against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9.

Jedrick Wills, Geoff Swaim Ruled Out For Week 12
Geoff Swaim (concussion) have been ruled out of the Week 12 Thursday Night Football contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Wills has struggled to stay healthy over the last two seasons and has appeared in just 13 games since the start of 2023. Fellow offensive tackle Dawand Jones (ankle) is out for the season, so Cleveland will be short-handed on the offensive line in a worrisome matchup against T.J. Watt and Preston Smith. Swaim, a 31-year-old journeyman, signed with Cleveland in September and has appeared in eight games for the Browns this year. He is primarily a blocking tight end, so his absence does not help the question marks up front. Expect quarterback Jameis Winston to face a ton of pressure in this AFC North grudge match.

Geoff Swaim Done For Week 15
Geoff Swaim (calf) won't return to Sunday's meeting with the 49ers. He suffered a calf injury, ending his day with one catch for 26 yards. That said, it's unlikely many fantasy managers had him in the lineup, considering Trey McBride is the primary tight end on the depth chart.

Geoff Swaim Catches Touchdown In Win
Geoff Swaim caught all three of his targets for 19 yards and a touchdown in the win against the Las Vegas Raiders. After three games, Swaim is out-targeting Austin Hooper, but neither should be on the fantasy radar until further notice. The Titans' passing game looks to be up and down, and since they are a run-first offense, there's not a ton of fantasy appeal for any Titans' pass-catchers not named Robert Woods or Treylon Burks.

Geoff Swaim Agrees To One-Year Extension
Geoff Swaim on Monday, according to a source. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Swaim had a career-high 31 catches for 210 yards and three touchdowns on 40 targets in 16 regular season games in his second year in Tennessee in 2021. He could be set for an even bigger role in 2022 with both Anthony Firkser and MyCole Pruitt on the free-agent market. In his two seasons with the Titans, Swaim has recorded 40 catches on 52 targets for 293 yards and four touchdowns in 26 total games. Even if he's the Titans top pass-catching tight end this year, he'll have a lower ceiling as a potential TE1.
