2 years agoSeattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith (shoulder) and wide receiver DK Metcalf (hip) are both good to go for the Week 14 game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Smith was removed from the injury report on Friday, while Metcalf got a questionable tag. Smith's right shoulder is worth watching moving forward, but the 32-year-old will play and will have his top two weapons -- Metcalf and Tyler Lockett -- available. Treat him as a low-end QB1 in fantasy. Metcalf was held out of Friday's practice for rest purposes. The 24-year-old's hip injury is worth keeping an eye on, but he'll attempt to play through it Sunday. Metcalf has drawn at least eight targets in five straight games and is a must-start in fantasy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
