6 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez (groin) is scheduled to take an important step in his recovery on Tuesday in Baltimore: on-field batting practice. Also, manager Aaron Boone said that there's a chance he would begin a minor league rehab assignment by the time the Yankees finish their weekend series against the Cleveland Indians. Fantasy owners will welcome this news with open arms, even though Sanchez had a less-than-desirable 2018 season going before he went down with a groin strain.
