Gary Sanchez Not Worried As He Sits Out
6 years agoThe New York Yankees have started Austin Romine behind the plate the last couple of days in Houston, and that's because regular starter Gary Sanchez has been feeling tightness in his legs. While the former All-Star said he isn't worried, he'll be out of the lineup Wednesday as the Yankees look to avoid a sweep. Sanchez, 26, was the designated hitter on Tuesday, picking up a big, two-RBI double before his team ultimately lost. Thus far in 2019 he's hitting .275 with six home runs and 11 RBI. His lack of worries should be encouraging for everyone.
