6 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez (calf) ran on the field on Wednesday and has been catching from a machine. He will take batting practice on Thursday and thinks he will be ready to play when he's eligible to come off the injured list on Sunday. Six of Sanchez's 11 hits this year in 41 at-bats have gone over the outfield fence, and he's also driven in 11 runs. Fantasy owners will want to get him back in the lineup immediately, as he's an elite catcher at a weak position.
