4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Garrett Cooper (COVID-19) was activated from the injured list on Friday and immediately put into the starting lineup. Cooper played as the designated hitter in the fourth spot in the batting order, and should see more time in that spot going forward. In his first game back, he went 2-for-4 with a double and a single. Cooper has dealt with injury issues throughout his career, but has been a very solid hitter when he's been able to play. He's likely on many waiver wires and could be a good deeper league option as long as he can stay on the field.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
