Garrett Cooper Back In The Lineup On Tuesday
4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder/first baseman Garrett Cooper is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals. Yet another weird thing about baseball in 2020/2021: Cooper was officially placed on the injured list on Monday due to an adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine, and he will only spend one day out of the lineup. A corresponding move has not yet been announced, but since Cooper's reason for missing Monday's game was COVID-19-related, he did not need to spend the full 10 days on the injured list. He should be back in there either at first base or in a corner outfield spot while hitting in the middle of the lineup. Start him in all formats.
