Freddie Freeman Blasts Two-Run Shot On Thursday
4 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman was 2-for-4 with a two-run home run during Thursday's 4-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. The star slugger has had an uncharacteristically slow start to the 2020 season, slashing just .217/.357/.413 through 46 at-bats. In fairness, Freeman missed a large portion of summer camp due to COVID-19 complications, so hopefully, Thursday is a sign of things to come. The 30-year-old remains a must-own asset in all formats for the time being.
