Frank Reich Emerging as Favorite to be Colts Head Coach
7 years agoAfter the controversy surrounding New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, the Indianapolis Colts may have found their next head coach. Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich has emerged as the favorite to become the team's next head coach, per NFL Insider Adam Schefter. It seems that the Colts have committed to Reich barring any unforeseen circumstances, with the team reportedly hoping to hire him once they have negotiated a signed, sealed, and delivered contract. Reich has strong ties to Indianapolis, as it was where his coaching life began as an offensive coaching staff assistant in 2008 and a quarterbacks coach in 2009. With Reich being a big part of quarterback Carson Wentz's breakout season last season, the hope for fantasy owners is that he can have a similar impact in bringing Andrew Luck back to his former self.
