6 years agoThe Cleveland Indians called up catcher Francisco Mejia from Triple-A Columbus. With Roberto Perez dealing with a hand injury, Cleveland needed another catcher on the roster. Mejia is a high-upside catching prospect despite a very disappointing .214/.271/.333 line so far this season in Triple-A. He's not expected to be up for too long, so players in redraft leagues likely don't need to burn a waiver claim on him.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
