Francisco Lindor Goes Hitless On Friday
3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 0-for-4 with an RBI in the Mets 5-1 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday. Lindor, who had been hot earlier in the month, has cooled off a bit to the tune of a .250/.300/.321 slash line over his past seven games with no home runs and just three RBI. Despite the poor recent stretch, Lindor is still in the midst of his most productive month of the season, where he has posted a .269/.370/.551 slash line with six home runs and 17 RBI. While it was certainly a down season for Lindor, he is a potential bounce-back candidate in 2022 given his turn-around in September.
