Francisco Lindor Collects Two Hits, Looks Ready For Big Season
2 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4 for Team Puerto Rico vs. Team Nicaragua on Saturday. Lindor hit leadoff in the lineup and scored two runs while also driving in one. Lindor had a blistering start to the spring before heading out for the World Baseball Classic. He was 7-for-18 (.389) with a .500 OBP, two home runs and four RBI in seven games. Lindor looks poised to take his age-29 season by storm for the Mets. He is ranked as Rotoballer's 29th best player and should be a great option at shortstop in his third year in New York. Expect a five-category contributor in the heart of a good lineup.
