1 year agoNew York Yankees outfielder Franchy Cordero was optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Thursday, according to MLB.com. The move comes amid the return of three Yankees from the injured list on Friday; Josh Donaldson (hamstring), Giancarlo Stanton (hamstring), and Tommy Kahnle (biceps). The 28-year-old has appeared in 19 games this season, hitting just .148 with four home runs, six runs, and 11 RBI. If fantasy managers were rostering Cordero, now is the time to drop him in all leagues.--Spencer Seguin
