Free-agent offensive lineman Foster Sarell signed a one-year, $1.1 million contract with the Washington Commanders. The 26-year-old signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens in 2022 but found his way to the Los Angeles Chargers, where he spent the last three seasons. Sarell appeared in 35 games for L.A. (three starts), all at tackle. He's the fourth offensive-line acquisition for the Commanders this offseason, joining new teammates Michael Deiter, Trent Scott, and Nate Herbig as reinforcements on its offensive front. Sarell projects to serve as depth for the team, considering he never eclipsed more than 20% of the Chargers' snap share during his tenure with the squad.--Alex CiullaRead More News
