Final-Round 62 Propels Branden Grace Into Third-Place Finish
7 years agoA blistering final-round 62 sent Branden Grace surging up the leaderboard at the AT&T Byron Nelson on Sunday. Grace took advantage of a rain-soaked Trinity Forest course and finished in a tie for third at 19-under par for the tournament. The South African seemed to be a fan of the links-style layout that was hosting a PGA Tour event for the first time, as he scored in the 60s in all four rounds. The tie for third is his best finish of 2018. Grace will not be in action at this week's Fort Worth Invitational, but this should be a huge momentum boost heading into the U.S. Open in less than a month.
