1 year agoThe Atlanta Falcons placed running back Caleb Huntley (Achilles) on the Physically Unable to Perform list on Thursday after he suffered an Achilles injury in a Week 15 loss to the New Orleans Saints last year. Huntley was never expected to be ready for the start of training camp next week, although he's consistently been at the team's complex rehabbing the injury. Head coach Arthur Smith isn't putting a timetable for when Huntley might return. If Huntley remains on the PUP list when the regular season starts, he'd have to miss the first four games of the 2023 season. The 24-year-old had 76 carries for 366 yards (4.8 yards per carry) and one touchdown in 12 games in his rookie season in 2022. It remains to be seen if he'll be ready for Week 1.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
