6 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is always a strong fantasy option, and Week 7 is no different. The Cowboys are taking on Washington, and despite ranking seventh in rushing yardage allowed (69.4 yards per game), they haven't taken on a running game close to Elliott's. Elliott has one of the highest floors among running backs due to recording a ridiculous 50.4 percent of offensive touches for the Cowboys.
