Ezekiel Elliott Getting Reps In Pats' Passing Game
1 year agoNew England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott is seeing work in the team's passing attack behind Rhamondre Stevenson, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss. Reiss reported that Elliott has seen a "notable uptick" in pass-catching work out of the backfield of late. Stevenson caught 69 passes for the Pats in 2022, leading to a good deal of his overall fantasy production. If Elliott were to cut into Stevenson's workload as a pass catcher, it would be an issue for the third-year back. Elliott himself could carve out a fantasy-relevant role as a flex option in PPR leagues if he can earn regular work in the passing attack in the upcoming season.
