Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper Expected To Play Sunday
3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) and wide receiver Amari Cooper (hamstring) are expected to play in Sunday's game against the Giants. Both Elliott and Cooper missed Wednesday's practice but took the field Thursday and came out of the session without a setback, per head coach Mike McCarthy. The talented offensive weapons are now on track to suit up for the divisional tilt against the Giants. Elliott is positioned well for a strong game against New York's run defense, which ranks just 24th in fantasy points per game allowed to running backs. Lock him in as a strong RB1 coming off of a 143-yard effort last week. Cooper isn't 100 percent, which could make him a shaky WR2 who likely needs to find the end zone to pay off this week in fantasy.
