Ezekiel Elliott A Touchdown Dependent Flex In Week 1
1 year agoNew England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott will make regular season debut with his new team in Week 1 against the Eagles. The former Dallas Cowboy signed a one-year deal with the Patriots this offseason. Zeke is expected to be New England's goal-line back and serve a complementary role behind Rhamondre Stevenson. The 28-year-old rushed for 876 yards and 12 touchdowns over 15 games for the Cowboys in 2022. Elliott has a solid matchup against an Eagles rush defense that was in the middle of the pack in 2022. Philadelphia ranked 21st in rush DVOA last season. Zeke should see a handful of touches but is mainly a touchdown-dependent flex in Week 1.
