5 years agoSeattle Seahawks defensive end Ezekiel Ansah (groin) will be ready to play in Week 1, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Ansah isn't a great individual defensive player to use in fantasy, but he'll bolster the Seahawks Defense in fantasy. The Seahawks defense isn't worth owning at the moment, but they could be one to pick up during the season to cover a bye week in a good matchup.--Ryan Dodson
