Expect Christopher Bell To Compete For The Win At Nashville
5 months agoAfter qualifying for Sunday's Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway, Christopher Bell will start this week's race from the third position. This is the highest start position to date at Nashville in Bell's Cup career and the eighth time this season he will have a top-5 starting position. Bell is one of only three drivers in the field to place in the Top 10 of all three Cup races at Nashville so far since the Cup Series started racing there in 2021. The No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing driver also led three laps while scoring his best finish to date at the site (seventh) last year. Through 18 races so far this season, Bell has three wins, led 451 laps (third-most of all drivers), and is tied for the most top-10 finishes of the year (11). In practice, Bell ranked 13th in overall lap averages while ranking third in 10 and 15 consecutive lap averages of Group B drivers. Considering his recent momentum, Nashville history, and top-notch equipment, Bell is one of the top drivers that will compete for the win this week.
