Evan Engram “Long Shot” For Week 1
3 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram (calf) is a "long shot" to play Week 1 against the Denver Broncos. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Engram hasn't been ruled out but is a "long shot" to play in the regular-season opener. The Giants tight end hasn't done much in practice this past week. He injured his calf in the preseason finale against the New England Patriots and has been limited since. Kyle Rudolph and Kaden Smith would see an expanded role if Engram is unable to suit up. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Engram's status throughout the week. Stay tuned.
