Evan Engram Figures To Be Giants Top Option In Week 2
5 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram is in for another heavy workload as the Giants face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Engram was in on 76% of the Giants offensive snaps, ran routes on 82% of quarterback Eli Manning's dropbacks and saw 29% of the team's targets, the highest on the team by far. Even though the Bills have a young linebacking corps, Engram showed last week that he may be matchup-proof as the team’s top receiving target. If Sterling Shepard isn’t able to clear the concussion protocol, then expect Engram to have even more of a target share, making him a locked-in TE1 and a great target in DFS.
