Erik Van Rooyen finished T25 last week at Kapalua and lost strokes in all three of the tee-to-green categories. This was not what fantasy gamers hoped to see from the South African, who was coming off a lackluster fall performance in 2021 as well. The 65th-ranked golfer in the world teed it up at the Sony Open for the first time last year and missed the cut on the number with a very cold putter.
