5 years agoLos Angeles Rams safety Eric Weddle is uncertain if he will continue his playing career into the 2020 season. He hasn't made an official decision, but he expects the Rams to move forward with younger safeties John Johnson and rookie Taylor Rapp. Weddle said he will not return in a backup role. The 34-year-old also that he will undergo shoulder and knee surgeries soon after battling injuries this season. He started 16 games in 2019 and finished with 108 tackles and three pass breakups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
