6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Eric Thames went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in Sunday's win over the Cubs. After an insanely hot start to last year, Thames cooled off in the second half and is continuing the cooldown into this year. Thames hasn't been starting very much and only has 15 at-bats on the year. Though he does have two home runs, the Brewers have too many hitting options to give a struggling Thames everyday at-bats, making him droppable in most leagues.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
