Eric Gordon Goes Off For 33 Points
4 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon made six threes and finished with 10-for-17 shooting from the field when he notched a season-high 33 points in Saturday's win over Dallas. He started off 5-for-5 from downtown, before becoming human again in what marks his best scoring output since he had a career-high 50 points against Utah last January. Gordon, who was 7-for-9 at the line, also recorded three rebounds and two assists in a start alongside the returning John Wall, who recorded seven points and eight assists in 21 minutes. Wall has a revenge game against Washington next, and watch out for Gordon in the matchup as well, as the Wizards are giving up 26.8 points per 48 minutes to opposing shooting guards.
