6 years agoSeattle Mariners pitcher Erasmo Ramirez (shoulder) threw off a mound over the weekend and is expected to start a minor league rehab assignment soon. Ramirez could be an option for the M's later this month or at the beginning of August. Fantasy owners have likely put him out of their minds, though, as he has a 10.24 ERA in two starts (9 2/3 innings) on the season. He's only an option in deeper leagues if he's in the starting rotation.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
