6 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown is more likely to be cut than make a real impact on the field this season. St.Brown entered camp potentially looking to challenge Marquez Valdes-Scantling for the third receiver spot on the Packers offense, but that has not been the case. St. Brown has been limited in the preseason games that have been played so far and didn't get a single reception and only one target in the teams recent loss to Baltimore Ravens. Jake Kumerow looks to be the next player up if either of the starting trio miss time, meaning St. Brown is currently buried on the Packers depth chart--Richard King - RotoBaller

12 months agoFree-agent wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown has signed with the New Orleans Saints, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. Originally a sixth-round pick out of Notre Dame by the Green Bay Packers in 2018, St. Brown has been utilized as a depth receiver in his six NFL seasons. In 60 career games, the 27-year-old has hauled in 63 of his 110 targets for 928 yards and two touchdowns. He's added 80 yards as a runner. Based on his career trajectory, he's unlikely to make a fantasy impact in New Orleans this year. He can be safely ignored for now.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller

1 year agoChicago Bears wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) logged his second consecutive full practice on Thursday. The 27-year-old has missed 10 weeks this season due to injury, including the Bears' last three games due to a pectoral injury. His potential return in Week 17 would be welcome, as Chicago's receiving depth is in jeopardy. Tight end Cole Kmet (knee) and fellow wide receiver Darnell Mooney (concussion) have not yet practiced this week, and if they are out on Sunday, that would open the door to more snaps for St. Brown. Even if he is on the field against the Atlanta Falcons, though, St. Brown does not figure to make a fantasy impact.--Dan Stephens - RotoBaller

1 year agoChicago Bears running back Travis Homer (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity again on Friday and is officially questionable to face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 16. Meanwhile, wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) missed his third consecutive practice and has been ruled out. Neither of these injury updates carries much fantasy relevance, though it's worth pointing out that Homer, who hasn't touched the ball this season, could earn snaps in Week 16 if D'Onta Foreman (personal, questionable) doesn't suit up.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller

1 year agoChicago Bears wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) has been ruled out for Week 15's game against the Cleveland Browns. The same pectoral injury that forced him out of Week 14 prevented him from practicing at all this week. This will be the ninth game where St. Brown will be inactive. In the five games where he has taken the field, he has not been a factor in the Bears' limited pass game, drawing only five targets all year and making four catches for 44 yards. His absence on Sunday will bump Tyler Scott and Velus Jones up the depth chart a notch, but they will not see enough extra work to warrant fantasy relevance.--Dan Stephens - RotoBaller
