5 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (hip) is not in the lineup Friday against the Texas Rangers for a second straight game. Jimenez was a late scratch Thursday with hip soreness, but the injury does not seem to be too severe, as White Sox manager Rick Renteria said the team is just being cautious. There is a chance we see him back in the lineup sometime this weekend. Leury Garcia will slide into left and bat leadoff while Jon Jay mans right and bats sixth against right-hander Lance Lynn. Both players can be safely ignored by fantasy owners and DFS players.--Joseph Magazzinich
