3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (knee) was removed from Tuesday's game with a right knee contusion and is day-to-day, according to the team. White Sox outfielder Andrew Vaughn sent a foul ball into the dugout, striking Jimenez. While the scare was significant enough to remove the 24-year-old from the game, it seems the 24-year-old avoided major injury. More clarity on Jimenez's immediate availability should become clearer after the game.--Patrick Doris
