Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught all nine of his targets for 49 yards in a 27-3 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. Moore also lost a fumble and lost one yard on three carries in the blowout win. The veteran wideout has been heavily involved in the Cleveland offense through the first three games of the season as he has finished first or second in targets in each of Cleveland's contests, totaling 25 targets overall. Moore has yet to have a breakout game in 2023 but that could come in the near future if he continues to see heavy targets. He will face off against the Baltimore Ravens at home in Week 4.--Matt T - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns free-agent wide receiver Elijah Moore signed with the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday on a one-year deal for $5 million maximum, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Moore will head to the AFC East to give quarterback Josh Allen another weapon alongside wideouts Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, Joshua Palmer, Curtis Samuel and rookie Kaden Prather. The 25-year-old former second-rounder (34th overall) by the New York Jets in 2021 out of Mississippi caught a career-high 61 passes on 102 targets for 538 yards and one touchdown in 17 games (13 starts) in 2024 in his second year with Cleveland. The 5-foot-10, 180-pounder could have a tough time standing out in fantasy yet again in a Buffalo offense that prided itself on spreading things around a season ago. Moore has never had more than 640 receiving yards or five touchdowns in a single season since debuting in the NFL in 2021.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

The Cleveland Browns applied the seldom-used unrestricted free-agent tender to wide receiver Elijah Moore on Monday, according to ESPN's Field Yates. Moore will still count as part of the compensatory free agent if he signs with another team before this year's compensatory formula deadline on June 21. If he signs elsewhere this offseason, his tender carries a value of $3.428 million for the 2025 season. The 25-year-old took a visit to the Buffalo Bills on Monday and could be close to signing with the organization. The former second-round pick (34th overall) by the New York Jets in 2021 out of Mississippi caught 61 of his 102 targets for 538 yards and just one touchdown in 17 games (13 starts) in 2024 in his second year in Cleveland. Even if he were to sign in Buffalo, Moore would have a limited fantasy ceiling, having never gone over 640 yards or five TDs in his four years in the league.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore is visiting with the Buffalo Bills on Monday, sources tell FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Moore had a career-high 61 receptions with the Browns in 2024 and just turned 25 years old. He remains on the free-agent market but is looking to latch on with a team now that the 2025 NFL draft is in the rearview mirror. In addition to his 61 catches (102 targets), Moore had 538 receiving yards and only one touchdown for the Browns in 17 games (13 starts) a year ago. Despite a career-high in catches last season, Moore didn't exceed 35 receiving yards in any of his last five games. He has never topped 640 receiving yards in a single season and hasn't had more than two touchdowns since his rookie campaign in 2021, when he had five. If he were to land in Buffalo, Moore would likely be the No. 4 wideout behind Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir and Joshua Palmer.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught three of his five targets for 36 yards in a 35-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18. The veteran's production was good enough for him to finish third on the team in receiving in the season finale, putting the finishing touches on what was a disappointing finish to the season for him as he caught just 11 passes for 91 yards over his final five contests. That being said, Moore set a new career-high in receptions in a single season in the Week 18 loss, finishing with 61 to eclipse his previous high of 59 in 2023. An unrestricted free-agent heading into the offseason, Moore is unlikely to have trouble finding a job heading into 2025.--Matt T - RotoBaller
