Elijah Moore Catches Three Passes In Week 4
2 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore made three catches in a Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Moore was targeted four times, making the three catches for 53 scoreless yards. The catches and yards were both second on the team behind Corey Davis in quarterback Zach Wilson's first game back from a knee injury. There was some thought that Moore might break out in this game since he was back with the quarterback that helped him break out last season, but Wilson only completed 18 passes and the Jets went with a much more run-based offense. Moore is about as talented as they come, but in this offense he'll struggle to reach WR3 status most weeks.
