2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell (groin) was unable to suit up for practice on Thursday. This is back-to-back days that Mitchell has been sidelined from practice due to a groin issue. He has joined fellow back Christian McCaffrey (calf) on the sideline for both practices. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too concerned heading into the NFC Championship game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The 49ers are likely just trying to limit their reps, but make sure to check back on Friday for another update on Mitchell and McCaffrey. The absence of Mitchell could mean more snaps for Jordan Mason, but he wouldn't be an ideal DFS option.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
