Elieser Hernandez Throwing Again
4 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Elieser Hernandez (biceps) is throwing from 60 feet and is reportedly "feeling good and progressing" in his rehab. Hernandez was forced to leave in the third inning of his first start this season due to biceps irritation in his throwing arm. He worked on his changeup this spring and supposedly was missing even more bats than before, which showed in his abbreviated first start, where three of his seven outs were strikeouts. Hernandez is still most likely a few weeks away, but he could be a valuable fantasy contributor once he's back on the mound.
