6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates catcher Elias Diaz will start behind the plate and bat third Thursday. Diaz is perfect against Wade Miley in two plate appearances, and Cervelli is 0-for-3. This is probably just a matter of starting the better hitter, but Cervelli did take a 100 mph fastball of the chest yesterday. Diaz is batting .290 with seven homers this year; he could be an inexpensive, yet productive, option in DFS.--Aaron
