Edwin Jackson Surrenders Two Runs In Blue Jays' Debut
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Edwin Jackson allowed three runs (two earned) in five innings of work during a 4-3 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday. He struck out two batters while walking one. Jackson has joined the rotation after injuries to Clay Buchholz (shoulder) and Clayton Richard (knee). Jackson produced a respectable 6-3 record during the 2018 season to go along with a 3.33 ERA and 1.22 WHIP. The journeyman starter is nothing more than a streaming option when he faces mediocre opponents.
