6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Edwin Encarnacion walloped his seventh long ball of the year off of Rangers starter Shelby Miller on Friday night. This homer was of the three-run variety, and he also added a run-scoring single to finish the night with four RBI in a 2-for-4 effort. Encarnacion has now driven in 19 on the year and is enjoying a sublime start to his first season in Seattle. Expect the veteran to keep doing more of the same throughout the season batting in the cleanup spot for the M's.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
