Edwin Encarnacion Out of Tuesday's Lineup
7 years agoCleveland Indians first baseman Edwin Encarnacion (neck, back) is out of Tuesday's starting lineup against the Detroit Tigers. The veteran slugger is sitting out due to stiffness in his neck and back. It is not a serious issue and is considered a day-to-day type of injury. Michael Brantley will serve as the Indians designated hitter on Tuesday. Fantasy owners should not expect Encarnacion to miss more than a game or two.
