Edwin Encarnacion Goes Yard on Wednesday
7 years agoCleveland Indians designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion hit his fourth home run of the season in the 14th inning of Wednesday's loss to the Minnesota Twins. Encarnacion ended up 2-for-7 in the 16-inning contest. Much like the rest of the Cleveland offense (outside of Michael Brantley), Encarnacion is off to a slow start to the season, hitting just .153 with a .598 OPS. He'll put it together sooner or later, but he's been a liability for fantasy owners so far.
