3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals infielder Edmundo Sosa had the best game of his big league career on Saturday in a 13-0 blowout win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Sosa, getting the start at shortstop and batting seventh in the order, went 4-for-6 with three runs scored and five RBI. Sosa hit two triples and two singles, improving his batting average to .276 and his OPS to .756. He doesn't start every day, but he's proven to be more than capable of holding his own when he finds himself in the lineup. He could make for a cheap but potentially solid DFS option whenever he gets a start.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
