5 months agoWhite Sox catcher prospect Edgar Quero is heating up in a big way in June for Double-A Birmingham. He is coming off a five-hit, three-RBI game on Tuesday at Rickwood Field and is hitting .467 this month with four homers and 13 RBI. The White Sox' No. 4 prospect is one of the purest hitting catcher prospects in the game. The Cuban looks to be the catcher of the future for Chicago after coming over from the Angels in a July trade that sent Lucas Giolito and Reynaldo Lopez to Los Angeles. Quero is hitting .284 with 11 homers and 49 RBI for Birmingham this season and looks like he could be a future fantasy stud behind the plate.--Brian Buckey - RotoBaller
