1 year agoChicago White Sox catching prospect Edgar Quero hit two home runs -- including a walk-off -- in a game for Double-A Birmingham. He has impressed since arriving at the trade deadline, slashing .340/.379/.500 with two home runs, five runs, and 16 RBI in 13 games. This success with Birmingham follows a terrible stretch of hitting in the Angels organization, as Quero slashed .221/.355/.289 in his last 40 games with Double-A Rocket City.
