2 years agoCarolina Panthers kicker Eddy Pineiro is a top-10 fantasy kicker through three weeks and has an opportunity to stay productive in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. Although the Panthers' offense has struggled so far this season, Arizona is allowing the second-most points per game in the league, so Pineiro could be busy on Sunday in a plus matchup.
