Eddie Rosario In 11-For-55 Slump
6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Eddie Rosario continued a surprising slump on Wednesday, going 0-for-4 in a 2-0 loss against the Cleveland Indians. Rosario is now a startling 11-for-his-last-55 at-bats. His July ended with a batting average of .259 — a far cry from his June and May, where his monthly average never went under .330. Rosario also hasn't hit a home run in 60 at-bats. Yet, even with the uncharacteristically cold slump, Rosario for the season has 19 home runs, 64 RBI and a great .297 average. Owners will have to hope he breaks out of the slump soon.
