Ed Oliver To Take Part In Virtual Program
5 years agoBuffalo Bills defensive lineman Ed Oliver, who was arrested on Saturday night in Houston on misdemeanor DWI and weapon charges, is still taking part in the team's virtual offseason program, according to a league source. The Bills will let Oliver's legal process play out. The former No. 9 overall pick in 2019 had a solid rookie season in 2019, recording 43 tackles (24 solo), five tackles for loss, eight QB hits, five sacks and a forced fumble in 16 games (seven starts). The Bills stout defense could take a hit in the trenches to open the season if Oliver is handed a suspension by the league.
